About
I’m currently at LangChain where I lead a bunch of work around building agents, evaluating agents on long-horizon autonomous tasks, and pushing the frontier of agentic coding.
My Research Interests
My research focuses on three main areas:
- Building Autonomous Agents: Building agent harnesses/environments, helping agents self-improve & self-verify their work
- Agent Evals: Building good evals and using traces to improve agents
- Information Retrieval: Efficient search and representation learning for multi-modal data
I also contribute to open source projects and love building tools that make AI more accessible and useful for everyone.
Stuff I’ve Done and Like to Do
-
I went to Temple University for undergrad and grad school, finished with my PhD in Computer Science. At the same time I worked for 4 years as a Scientist at AWS mostly with the Life Sciences & Healthcare AI team. Led and worked on cool projects including building an AI platform to help map the human brain, AI data engineering workflows for medical document processing, and smarter indexing/search for large-scale image data.
-
After school and AWS became a founder and still enjoy doing AI research
-
Love traveling, been to 30 countries. Next bucket list spot is New Zealand
-
Was on a bollywood fusion dance team in college, was not on my bingo card but we learned
-
Massive soccer fan, play every chance I get. Barcelona fan :)
What Drives Me
I think the world’s at an inflection point with AI. I want to be a part of the progress that makes the world a better place for people through creativity X AI. If I can help people build the ideas they have in their imagination, then I’ll be happy when I’m chilling in my cabin by the sea.
Let’s Connect
I love meeting people who are passionate about AI, startups, or just building cool things. Feel free to reach out through my social channels, or drop me a message if you want to chat.
